Thick mat makes the dreadful task of first time yoga somewhat bearable. When I’m doing weird things with my body at least the cushioning of the mat is comfortable. I will try yoga at least 2 more times before I give up thanks to this lovely mat.

Purple is helping me concentrate and minimize distractions when I do yoga (breathing exercise).

I purchased a yoga mat from an Amazon Seller before and it was garbage. This time I did my research and found this one. Trust me it does not disappoint. One thing to be aware of is that on initial opening, the yoga mat has a strong machine smell.

The material seems like it could start to year or crumble over time — keep your mat clean to help prevent this from happening early on. This mat is thicker and softer, so it’s great if you have any knee issues.

Having to stay at home as much as possible and gyms being closed calls for some homemade fitness routines. Also incorporating some meditation and yoga to the mix. This mat is great for all of the above. It lays flat when you tell it to and rolls up like a champ for easy storage and travel. If you're looking for a mat that's got your back, this one does just that. Don't take it from me, get one for yourself.

The mat seemed great, but the packaging wasn’t great. There’s a sizable chunk of the foam missing at the bottom of the mat on the side. It’ll certainly effect the long term durability of the product. Won’t buy again or recommend.

I used this today for the first time at yoga. It was perfect, cushioned my knees, no bad smell like I read about other mats. Rolled up nicely but also rolled out flat. The carry strap is just okay, it doesn't seem like it will last a long time but for now it's fine.

With this mat, I don't lose stability while I DO get more comfort for my knees and ankles/tops of feet in different yoga positions than I had with a thinner mat before.
One thing I will say - if you have a cat like mine, they will LOVE to shred this the second you're not watching them. Mine has nearly destroyed my mat in seconds. Something about this material she LOVES! May have to end up buying another but despite the deep gouges, it's still usable for now.

This. Mat. Is. Amazing. I have a bad knee that requires extra padding and can finally do all sorts of poses I couldn't with other mats (putting pressure with my knee on the ground). It doesn't slip, even when I get a bit sweaty after an hour. It's easy to clean. It doesn't smell like plastic like some mats do when they're new. The one downside I could identify is it does keep the rounded shape of being rolled/is a bit hard to 100% flatten, but it doesn't affect my practice so I don't personally care in the least.

Reliable mat. I love the top layer of this yoga mat that could wicks away the moisture. Has great frip. Usable on both side. Lightweight, durable and provides plenty of cushioning to support your joints. Thickness is just right. I tried several types of mat, so the thickness of a mat plays a good role for balancing when you are standing on it. It also comes with a strap and saves you a few bucks.

i slipped and nearly fractured my tailbone on my previous yoga mat from target, which was made of some sort of memory-foam material and full of claw marks from my cats.
THIS yoga mat, on the other hand, is a 100% an UPGRADE. it's double-sided (i ordered the pink and purple one), sturdy and WAY easier to roll up, and most importantly is NON-SLIP. one caveat is that it's somewhat thin, so i can feel my spine align with the ground when i lay on it, but that's not really an issue.
tldr; good yoga mat! didn't know how bad my previous mat was until i bought this one!

I love my new exercise mat. I’m doing physical therapy exercises twice a day and this mat is perfect. I thought I wanted a 1/2” thick mat but decided on this one. I’m glad I did. It’s comfortable, doesn’t slip and is plenty long enough. It comes with straps which many of the other mats don’t. Other brands show straps in the picture, but the straps are not included in the purchase. I highly recommend this mat.

This yoga mat is much better than the one I have been using. First off, it is thicker. I usually have difficulty doing some exercises because my knees hurt. The cushioning of this mat made it much more comfortable. It also bounces back into shape. Secondly, it does not slide or move around while I am exercising, even on hardwood floors. I love how easily it rolls up and has a convenient carrying handle. I am always looking for eco-friendly products and this mat is biodegradable. The TPE material is supposed to be more durable to use. I hope that the mat lives up to the claim of not being easy to split or tear after long time use.

I love this yoga mat that I used it right away. It's non slippery, color's good, smell wasn't an issue, thin and lightweight., doesn't roll back up when you unroll it. The only thing that I don't like about this mat is that every mark you make (sweat,oil, dirt...) is very visible. It isn't bad but could be better.

So far I'm happy with this mat. It has a good comfort level for yoga (not too firm / not too soft) which I like. I am concerned with the durability of the mat. It has been solid so far but I feel it stretches quite a bit when holding certain poses. I hope this holds together over time. No problems to date but I will update my review if anything happens.

Since I’m doing a lot of indoor exercise, I thought of upgrading my yoga matt. I picked this one to try it out. Everything else is good but the anti-slipping part is not that great. I wish they could make that part better with more engraved pattern or else. But overall it’s much better than my previous matt.

I am used to the super cheap yoga mats so this was a step up for me in terms of comfort for my knees. Don’t like that it shows some greasy stains from my forehead because I wear makeup at times and lay my head down for a few poses. If you don’t wear makeup or lotions you are good with this mat.

I'm taking off one star because I thought that the black was going to be a two tone design like all of the other yoga mat color options. Its one solid color and material. The other colors have a cool two tone design with what appears to be different densities of foam. I suggest getting something other than black. Other than that its great!

it's mostly okay. I bit slippery even with dry hands. It's nice and thick for my sensitive back and knees but consequently is a bit more difficult to balance on. It scratches and stains pretty easily. Just don't let your pets on it and it should be fine. I really like the diagram on it to help me better align. overall its a decent mat but I can't say I'm obsessed with it.

This yoga mat is absolutely the best. It's thick enough, well constructed, large, not slippery, and really feels great. I'm not quite as excited about the strap/handle. It's nice to carry around because it makes a good shoulder sling, but I don't much like the way it wraps the mat, it's kind of a nuisance to put on. But eh, that's a minor complaint only.

I bought this mat 1 month ago and i love the way it grips!! my hands always slip and it has been great so far. It does stretch a little and gets scrunched sometimes when I do long lunges but doesn’t slip on the floor or on my hands/feet. I would like TopPlus to offer this style of mat in 1/4 inch instead of 1/8 since I feel this mat is too thing. Overall I enjoy the mat for its nonslip grip!

This is a good starting point if you want to see how you like yoga without spending big bucks on a mat. I've been using it for regular vinyasa yoga, aerobic classes, and hot yoga for about 3 moths now.
It stays in place pretty well on a smooth floor for normal/lower-intensity yoga classes, but the surface really gets slippery with hot/higher-intensity yoga. If you're going to be sweating a lot, I'd give this a pass or at least get a yoga towel to go over it. It seems pretty durable, but keep it away from your pets (my cat put some chips/divots in it when I laid it out to flatten). I like the color and thickness of the mat as well as the fact that it came with a strap and cleaning cloth.

Love this Yoga mat! The two tone colors are great, the textured surface keeps my feet from slipping when doing workout videos and love that its easy to wipe down when done. It even came with a carry cord! This would be great for those taking a mat to and from Yoga class. I also like the ease of rolling it up when done a workout. The thickness is about right, wish it had been a "tad" bit thicker - but, this is usually the case with "me". I use it on a carpeted floor, not a hard surface. Otherwise, love it!

I was excited to try this Yoga mat after doing some research on the company. I have very hard tile floors and have been looking for a mat that will stay put while using it and not be so hard on my body. This one takes the cake! It stays in place the entire time I need it to and it is so comfortable I can't even feel the pain of the hard floor. It is very easy to roll back up and put back the carry bands on so that I can store it easily and take it with me when I need to. I would recommend this product to anyone at any stage of their Yoga/workout routine, especially if you have hard floors.

I need to replace my old yoga mat as it was falling in pieces. I got this one mostly for the pretty colors, so i was very happy to note that also it is helping with my knees. The mat is very thick, so i don’t knee to fold it while doing cat poses. It is also very sticky and i feel that my feet grasp the surface without sliding, which gives me confidence in flowing from one pose to the next one.
