These toplus Resistance Bands are nice. They are soft to the touch, yet strong and stretchy. I love how you can easily see the strength level on each band if you look at the diamond markings. They retain their shape very well. Highly recommend.

I love how these resistance bands are the loop version! You don’t need to tie to use them and they are great for proper alignment with yoga and other exercises! These bands have different strengths and come with a travel bag. There is a little pamphlet to give you ideas how to incorporate them in your workout! They’re very convenient, durable, elastic and effective to train with. Even after prolonged and rigorous workout I’ve noticed no wear or tear! They’ve literally become my pocket gym! These are nice resistance bands. The size is 12” x 2”. The drawstring storage bag helps to keep them all together so I won’t loose one. I use these at home in addition to my regular exercise and will be perfect to toss into my suitcase when I travel. For those that have an allergic reaction to latex, these are made of 100% latex! The provided booklet provides a nice selection of exercises for you to try with the bands.

These resistance bands are great! They start with green, lowest resistance and go to black, hardest resistance. You can feel them working your whole body! They also come with a small carrying case which is great for taking them on the go.

There is a great range of resistance between the bands which is great for people that are just staring working out as well as for those who have been working out for a long time. They fit my body and my husband body very well. It didn’t feel too small or too big. They can be used for a variety of exercises. It comes with a little bag so you can store them together and take with you to a park or gym (when the pandemic is over). It also comes with a little instruction book with suggested exercises. It’s a great set of resistance bands for a very good price.

These are awesome for helping with form, toning and conditioning the body. I highly recommend. Clearly marked for the resistance level.
