It was easy to take out of the package, it came with a strap that can be used when needing to carry the mat places, which comes in handy from class, to home, camping and much more! This mat is excellent. It has plenty of padding to support elbows, knees, back and feet. I took it with me to many yoga classes and I was surprised at how comfortable I was during every position that we performed. I was also very happy with the length because at no point did my feet hang off of the mat, which in the past has caused me to return other mats. The mat is also very light weight, and it also comes with a carry strap for easy transport. I was very happy that i did not have to go purchase one separately. I would buy this for beginners or those who are advanced.

I just finished my morning workout of Pilates and Yoga on this new mat and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised! Once I opened the box I really liked how light the mat was for travel, but was very worried it was too thin and the comfort was going to be sacrificed. Although, to my surprise it was quite comfortable. I didn’t feel the hard floor underneath me at all. It gave the perfect amount of cushion and I never once slipped! Another plus is I didn’t have to air it out for days before use. I’ve had other mats in the past that come with such a strong factory odor, but not this one!

I really love this mat and its color. There are 2 sides with different colors. When I try to exercise using this mat, I find it is really comfortable with high quality. I strongly recommend applying this mat to practice the yoga.

Both sides are non-slip so very good using experience! In addition, the belt comes together with the mat makes it really helpful in packing and carrying to gym.

It's lightweight, much like other yoga mats. I like the 2 color differential, that way you can determine which is the side that goes towards the user and which goes towards the ground, although you can use either side. It is a bit longer than my other yoga mat, so this is a benefit as I can lay on it and still stretch my arms without having to have my arms touch the ground.

So far so good. This mat is DESIGNED to be biodegradable and break down over time(hence the "Eco Friendly"). I'll update this post with how long that takes. Stays in place, it's the right thickness for me. It's surprisingly looong. Love it
